Somewhat.
Been suffering from depression, due to general loneliness and a recent loss in my family. All that just sucks away my inspiration, preventing me from continuing much or starting anything new.
But, I managed to start and finish one song over the week I was out of town for the funeral. I call it "Not Over Yet." (Horrible title, I know.)
I wanted to try and tell a story with it, and I feel like I succeeded in telling that story in the 7 minutes and 15 seconds of the song. I'm not going to tell you the story, as I want to hear other's interpretations before I tell the true story behind it. All I'll say is this: The song is almost constantly changing. It's rare that two different parts of the song are exactly alike. I may have used the same patterns, but I still managed to keep it mostly unique all the way through, I hope.

Thanks man. Sometimes it's hard to remember that, and you just need to be reminded. And no problem. I came to Newgrounds to get help and learn how to help others, and, if you find the right people, Newgrounds has one of the nicest communities I know.
